How it works 

To begin with, I offer an initial consultation to explore your reasons for seeking help and for both of us to consider our fit. 

 

If we agree to move forwards, we enter an assessment phase. We would think together about the approach that fits you and the understanding we have shared. If we decide that I am not the right person to work with you, I will do my best to put you in touch with someone else who can help.

Some people come for a consultation and they find it helpful to have a defined number of sessions. Others benefit from a structured, short term therapy of 6-12 sessions, perhaps linked with a specific goal. Some people begin a longer term therapy, going into more depth. 

 

Sessions are 50 minutes. 

 

I am currently working online only.

Face to Face sessions are planned to resume in South London in 2023
