I offer clinical supervision and reflective practice to colleagues working in health, education and social care. I have worked in the NHS, prisons and as a member of school staff, which has given me a sense of the different pressures working in each environment.

I have worked as a staff member, clinical supervisor and trustee board member in the charitable sector. I have experience offering Clinical Psychology services to charities and community groups in a plain speaking way, that is respectful of organisational expertise. Examples of my work in this area include clinical supervision, staff culture workshops, recruitment consultations, consultation in the development of expert by experience boards and risk management. 

 

Consultations may be helpful to those who already have supervision and reflective practice in place, but would like to think in more depth about Autism, ADHD, relationship patterns, harmful behaviours and risk.

I have taught on UK Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapy training courses. I have also developed bespoke training for Swedish healthcare clinicians.
